With over thirty years in management consulting, he began his career in implementing complex IT solutions within the banking industry.

International experience includes assignments in New Zealand, Ireland, UK, The Netherlands, Belgium and Singapore.

More recently his work has involved working with business owners, advisory boards, and executives in managing change initiatives, building new capabilities, launching new ventures, and creating new and exciting business models.

Oliver’s philosophy to business is simple, you can have the very best electrical, mechanical, civil and design engineers work together to build you something of great beauty and utility….. but without a social engineer amongst them, they’ll likely destroy each other before it’s finished!!

As a founding Director of the Büro, Oliver’s focus is to assist Companies identify and assemble the resources required to achieve their objectives. 

It’s all about Connected Thinking and an incredibly capable and unique network developed over the past 20 year. Oliver has helped advise some of Australia’s leading and fastest growing private businesses, has sat on boards and today sits on family boards in an advisory capacity. 

In addition he spent 3 years on the Board of The Australian Red Cross and is currently an Ambassador and fierce advocate for Moorambilla Voices.
